I am working with a Devon based maintenance contractor to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join the team in Exeter. Your role will be to carry out responsive maintenance repairs within occupied properties.
Duties will include:
* Carpentry repairs
* Checking, repairing, replacing fire doors
* Adjusting windows and doors
* Repairing furniture
* Plumbing
* Painting
You will need:
* A qualification in carpentry
* To be multi skilled
* CSCS card – desirable
* Experience working within a similar role
* Clean driving licence
* Own tools
