A high-growth multi-faceted business based in Egham is looking to recruit a full-time permanent Customer Operations Administrator. You will be working for a leasing and rental business and this is an exciting time to join an award-winningpany.
Your new role
This role sits within the logistics team and will be abination of speaking to customers over the phone and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, as well as ensuring all documentation is correct.
1. Speaking to policy holders via telephone and email as well as handling any queries
2. Scheduling collection and deliveries of hire bikes
3. Liaising with internal teams, such as production teams
4. Checking documentation is up-to-date and correct
5. Dealing with outside agencies to resolve unexpected issues
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience co-ordinating / scheduling as well as handling customer enquiries via telephone and email. You will have strong experience in using MS office and be able tomunicate at all levels internally and externally to the business. You will have strong multi-tasking skills and be able to work confidently on your own and within the team.
What you'll get in return
This is a full-time permanent position paying £28,000. You will work Monday – Friday fully office based either 8am – 16:30pm or 9am – 17:00pm.
