Programme Test Manager

Reporting to - QA Manager
We are now hiring for a Programme Test Manager to join our growing QA team here at Edenred PayTech. This role will be aligned to our Compliance domain.
The Programme Test Manager will be coordinating all of the quality assurance activities across a major programme of work within Compliance, designing and delivering test strategies and plans, and mentoring our more junior QA engineers, helping to transfer knowledge and upskill our teams.
You will need to have an analytical approach to defect resolutions, and be well-organised and methodical in your way of working.
What you will be doing:
1. Establish the required test activities
2. Work with internal and external teams
3. Support the business, defining both functional and non-functional test requirements
4. Manage UAT with the Business
5. Manage the test environment(s)
6. Create and disseminate test reporting
What we want from you:
Technical
7. Commercial experience in Programme Test Management; beneficially those which incorporate microservice architectures and web applications
8. Demonstratable experience across all types of functional and non-functional testing
9. Able to manage multiple work streams, with good engagement and communication skills, both verbal and written
10. Practical experience in the following areas:Test script developmentLoad/stress/Soak TestingWorkload ModellingPerformance MonitoringTest Reporting
11. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies would be desirable: AWS, APIs, web services, databases, and message queues
12. ISTQB Foundation Certification (minimum)
Experience of any of the following would be beneficial:
