Job summary The post holder will work in partnership with service users, the multi-disciplinary team, and local stakeholders to improve and protect health and wellbeing,. You will support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the antenatal immunisation programme delivery and promote uptake of influenza, pertussis, COVID-19, and Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Vaccination Programmes. The post holder will represent the Trust at local, regional, and national level when appropriate, influencing service development in relation to public health. The post holder will work closely with the Senior Clinical Midwifery Management Team to further develop related pathways and guidelines to assure appropriate and responsive care. Main duties of the job Provide specialist advice and support on Immunisation matters to all health care professionals and in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary / multi-agency teams, facilitate development of the service within the hospital and community settings. Developing in-house training and education programmes.
