Launched in 2009 as a small construction venture between two friends, we have grown, evolved and advanced to become an international operation with an employee headcount of nearly 300 and a range of successful projects covering everything from stately homes to exquisite, handmade furniture. Our in-house flooring team, headed by industry expert Paddy Turner and based in Melton Mowbray, designs and installs the highest-quality bespoke floors. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to help our team to manufacture and finish our bespoke floors. Whilst experience is important, the right approach and mindset to constantly achieve the highest quality will not be overlooked.
