Selwood Housing Group is a not-for-profit housing association committed to providing affordable local homes for our customers. As a Compliance project surveyor, you'll oversee the delivery of a variety of programmes across numerous core areas, including fire safety, water, legionella, asbestos, lifts, and gas. The one exception will be mechanical and electrical, which will not be part of this role.
Liaising with numerous teams, both internal and external, you'll manage contracts, chair regular progress meetings, and provide advice on programme quality, design and costs.
Personal development is of huge importance at Selwood Housing. Although this is a FTC, you can still expect support, training and development in order for you to both fulfil your role and explore your career development.
Your expertise will ensure the health and safety of our residents, staff, and contractors, while driving our commitment to provide safe, comfortable and accessible housing across the South West.
