Drive sales success by delivering impactful and strategic communications across the business The Sales Communications Manager will execute the overall Sales communication strategy and the day-to-day communication for Sales staff across the business. This Communications role with work closely with Marketing, Sales Strategy & Planning, Sales Enablement and our Senior Sales Leadership Team (SSLT) to effectively communicate across Softcat's largest business unit. The Sales Communications Manager will be responsible for: Partnering with the SSLT to shape and execute their communications strategy, sharing performance updates, business priorities, and recognition. Acting as the primary liaison for Sales communications, coordinating with teams like Go-To-Market, Partner Marketing, Events, and Vendor Alliances. Managing a Sales communications calendar to ensure messages are timely, relevant, and not conflicting. Organising multi-channel communications, including quarterly all-hands, seminars, and the weekly Sales newsletter.
