About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth operations, excellent tenant support, and compliance with industry standards. This role is perfect for an experienced property professional who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment and is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Maintenance – Oversee repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
2. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) – Meet targets and contractual obligations, including providing out-of-hours support for tenants when needed.
3. Tenant Relations – Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and emergencies efficiently and professionally.
4. Leasing Support – Assist in the leasing process in collaboration with the Commercial and Legal team.
5. Financial Management – Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
6. Inspections – Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and proactively address maintenance needs.
What You’ll Need
1. At least 2 years’ experience in a Property Management or Maintenance role.
2. Knowledge of property safety regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
3. A practical understanding of building maintenance and operations.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to adapt to new software systems.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. A proactive and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
7. The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
8. A professional and discreet approach to handling confidential information.
