Package: £32,000 - £35,000 base salary + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £55k, Year 2 OTE £70k).

* SEO – both on-page (content, technical fixes) and off-page (link building, Digital PR)

* Website design and development – WordPress and Craft CMS
As a Digital Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in growing LOCALiQ's client base. This is our most senior frontline sales role, ideal for someone who can identify opportunities, challenge customer thinking, and tailor solutions that deliver impact.
This is not a cold-calling role. This role focuses on closing business, not chasing leads. You'll benefit from a consistent stream of high-quality appointments set through our local publishing teams and a dedicated SDR function. That means more time spent with prospects who are ready to have meaningful conversations.
You’ll be responsible for closing new business, building long-term relationships, and guiding clients through the complex world of digital marketing. You’ll also have the flexibility to generate your own opportunities if you choose.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead structured discovery calls to uncover client goals, pain points, and growth opportunities
* Build strategic proposals across our full digital suite – SEO, PPC, social media ads, websites and more
* Meet monthly goals for revenue, client acquisition, and product-specific targets (e.g., SEO sales)
* Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity tracking using HubSpot CRM
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign delivery
* Stay up to date with the latest digital trends to maintain a consultative, informed sales approach
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or media
* Comfortable leading consultative sales conversations and translating complex solutions into business impact
* Experience selling SEO, PPC, social advertising, and websites is highly desirable
* Familiarity with structured sales processes and frameworks to guide conversations and close deals
* Skilled at using CRM systems, especially HubSpot, to manage pipeline and performance
* Self-motivated, accountable, and confident working remotely
* Open to new ways of working, eager to develop your sales skills, and grow professionally
* Positive, ambitious, and hardworking with a great attitude towards learning and collaboration
* Willing to embrace a data-led approach to sales and grow with us as we evolve and scale
