Our client, with a rich history spanning several decades and recent significant growth, is looking for a sales-driven individual to support their continued expansion in the UK market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a success story, with the company's turnover increasing from £3M to £22M in just a few years.
Account Manager Key responsibilities:
* Process and manage incoming customer orders, pro-forma invoices, and returns
* Upsell products and identify opportunities to increase sales growth
* Develop strong relationships with customers to maximise repeat business
* Collaborate closely with the external sales team to drive sales and profitability
* Meet personal and team targets, as well as set KPIs
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
* Ensure timely communication with warehouses for order fulfilment and dispatch
* Manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries efficiently
