We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, ensuring the entire HR department runs smoothly and effectively. Client Details Our client is a medium-sized organisation based in Didcot. Description The HR Administrator will be: Providing administrative support for the HR department. Processing internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database. Supporting the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and issuing relevant correspondence. Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback. Supporting other functions as assigned. Profile A successful HR Administrator should have: A degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
