Teaching Assistant Level 3
The Governors of Pens Meadow School are seeking to appoint several suitably qualified Teaching Assistants to join our highly successful and dedicated school team.
Pens Meadow provides quality education for 110 pupils aged 4 to 19 with complex learning needs including medical conditions and autism. We are entering an exciting phase of development. We currently operate over two sites, a little over two miles apart. By Autumn 2025 a fantastic new school build will relocate the younger pupils to the Post 16 site. This will provide amazing opportunities for our pupils, including rebound and hydrotherapy. It will also bring increased capacity of an additional 40 pupils.
Our staff team are committed to improvement, and we believe in high standards, teamwork and seeking the very best for every child in our care. The school was very pleased with the outcome of our most recent OfSTED inspection in December 2019.
Have you got the skills we are looking for to contribute towards our drive to deliver outstanding provision?
A comprehensive package of training and support is offered by the school to ensure that everyone has the skills required to prepare our pupils for the next stage of their life.
