As the Chair, you will take responsibility for a number of areas with statutory duties as well as broader responsibilities. You will need to attend a variety of meetings and events, with a requirement to help guide and develop other members of the Full Governing Body as well. In addition to the time commitment we’d expect for a Governor, the Chair should have the capacity to do approximately 50 days per annum. These are likely to be split across the year.
