Servicing Co-Ordinator - 35 hours per week The Servicing Coordinator will keep the associations servicing programmes up to date and administer service agreements associated with these. The registers include, but are not necessarily limited to; gas, legionella, fire risk, asbestos, fixed wire and PAT testing, lift maintenance, automatic gates, CCTV, door entry, pumps, fall arrest, lightening protection, play equipment and warden call systems. Key Responsibilities: To monitor the servicing workflows to ensure KPI’s are met and databases are kept up to date in a timely fashion. The administration of invoicing and quotes in relation to the servicing contracts and to be the point of contact for these contracts. To assist in the inputting of data and processing of information on new properties. To instigate meetings/correspondence with underperforming contractors, when required to do so, in conjunction with the Repairs Team Leader, Procurement Manager, Building Safety Lead Manager and Property Services and Facilities Manager and prepare documentation of issues and actions taken to resolve those issues.
