As our Food and Beverage Supervisor, you’ll lead the team in our Cast Iron Restaurant, ensuring excellent service and addressing any issues promptly. Your leadership will help ensure our guests feel well-fed, happy, and eager to return.

What You’ll Do
1. Lead and supervise shifts in Cast Iron Restaurant
2. Be knowledgeable about all food and beverage items
3. Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies
4. Inspect storage areas for cleanliness and organization
5. Complete stock inventories and order stock as required
6. Support training and developing the team
7. Establish collaborative relationships with other hotel teams
8. Identify ways to upsell and increase revenue
9. Complete opening and closing duties
10. Monitor restaurant for seating availability and guest well-being
11. Ensure proactive table service
12. Support with developing seasonal hand-crafted cocktails
What We’re Looking For
1. Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
2. Positive outlook and outgoing personality
3. Previous Food & Beverage supervisory experience in a hotel environment
With this role, you will be working 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends with a variety of early and late shifts - we are happy to discuss flexibility with you!
