Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Retail Site Manager to work for our client's store refurbishment in Derby. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, overseeing paperwork, and providing detailed reports on work carried out with experience in HVAC works.
Key Requirements:
1. Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
2. CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Black card
3. First Aid at Work certification
4. Asbestos Awareness
5. Hotworks
6. Fire Marshall
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
2. Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
3. Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
4. Report project progress to the main contractor
5. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment
Rate of Pay: £260 - £270 per shift - Mixed shifts
