About Our Client
My client is a successful property organisation based in Coleshill looking for a Personal Assistant to support multiple directors.
Job Description
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Handle and prioritise all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages).
* Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
* Maintain the filing system and manage databases.
* Support team members in assigned project-based work.
* Assist in budget tracking and expense report management.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience as a Personal Assistant
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Understanding of the Property industry.
* Can commute to Coleshill.
