This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the go-to person for office management, training organisation, call handling, and supporting our amazing care teams. What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact – manage calls, emails, and visitors with a professional and friendly approach. Keep the office running smoothly – order supplies, arrange maintenance, and ensure everything’s in order. Support the team – coordinate training days, arrange catering, and help with staff schedules. Work closely with teams – collaborate with HR, clinical staff, and the caseload teams to ensure seamless operations. What We’re Looking For Organised, efficient, and thrives in a busy environment.
