As a Sales Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:
* Providing customer service and responses to queries
* Following up with customers and processing/checking orders
* Supporting customers with product issues
* Understanding customer trends, building & developing relationships
* Happy to proactively pick up the phone
* Communicating in a friendly and professional manner with customers/colleagues
We are looking for a Sales Administrator who has the following skills and experiences:
* Experience in a customer service type position
* Strong communication, relationship & rapport building skills
* Motivated and interested in learning new products
* Inquisitive mindset, great listener & good negotiation skills
* Proactive, positive and confident personality
* Computer literacy, good organisational and administration skills
In return, the successful Sales Administrator with receive a salary of £23,000 - £26,000 plus excellent company benefits including:
