An exciting opportunity has arisen at our outstanding college for a HR Officer. This role is pivotal in maintaining well-established employee relations by providing expert advice and comprehensive support to staff, senior leaders, trade union representatives and external stakeholders/ agencies on all HR matters.
This is a versatile and varied role, and each day is different. You will be a key member of the HR Team, working with us to ensure an exceptional HR service is provided to our staff.

The salary for this post will be based on points 18-20, currently £32,259 - £34,391 per annum, FTE, depending on experience.
The hours of work will be full-time, 36.5 hours per week, all year round.
