We’re on the hunt for an experienced Contract Manager who’s not afraid to get stuck into the action! You’ll be at the heart of everything from managing our dynamic Maintenance Helpdesk to leading critical contract negotiations, tenders, and supplier management. This is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Location: Field based (you will have a full UK Driving License) there will be travel across the UK to sites and you will need to be flexible on travel.
Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Driving Performance: Oversee our Maintenance Helpdesk team in Milton Keynes, ensuring top-notch service for our hotels and restaurants across the UK.
* Managing Contracts: Own the end-to-end process for maintenance contracts—negotiating terms, managing tenders, and ensuring suppliers deliver exceptional value and service.
* On-the-Ground Collaboration: Spend time with the regional maintenance team and building relationships with suppliers and procurement colleagues understanding their challenges to create effective solutions.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Use your keen eye for detail to monitor performance, analyse metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Leading Projects: Play a pivotal role in rolling out new initiatives and ensuring seamless supplier integration across our portfolio.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience that Stands Out: Proven track record in contract management, ideally within a maintenance or facilities environment.
* People Skills: A confident communicator who can collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and manage supplier relationships with ease.
* Hands-On Attitude: Comfortable working both on-site and at our Milton Keynes and Dunstable hub's—someone who thrives on variety and being close to the action.
* Analytical Mindset: Skilled at using data to drive decisions, monitor KPIs, and ensure service excellence.
* Problem Solver: Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
