The Role
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our growing team. You will be a key member of the business working directly with the Senior Leadership Team, taking ownership of our strategy to support online growth, customer insight, customer retention and rapid global expansion.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our ambitious global business goals.
2. Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, driving our brands competitive edge.
3. Oversee the creation, implementation and maintenance of a powerful and consistent brand identity across channels.
4. Ensure our marketing efforts effectively showcase our unique value propositions, making us stand out in the crowded beauty industry.
5. Lead our digital marketing initiatives, including social media, influencers, live shows, press etc. to optimise our online presence, awareness and customer engagement.
6. Plan and execute compelling campaigns, promotions and partners that drive traffic and sales.
7. Work closely with the creative and product teams to develop captivating marketing collateral that resonates with our audience.
8. Work closely with the analytical teams to leverage customer data for targeted marketing initiatives.
9. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and tracking ROI for all campaigns.

Skills
1. Minimum 3 years' operating at similar level within online retail.
2. Beauty enthusiast.
3. Proficient in using data to create actionable insights.
4. Experience in managing and growing an in-house marketing team in a high volume B2C business.
5. Experience with global markets.
