Your new role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be based in their Nottingham office and be responsible for, but not limited to, producing and providing accurate forecasts of project costs topletion/final value, monitoring cash flow and valuation plans, managing subcontract tender processes, managing subcontractor accounts as well as providing accurate reports of costs and values on the projects. This role is predominantly remote with a local office assigned. Travel to sites as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will ideally hold a degree/HND in Quantity Surveying (or similar) and have good working knowledge of NEC contracts. In addition, you will have proficient IT skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Finally, you will have strong organisational skills and interpersonal skills.
