What do we need from you?
* You’ll be the hotel’s focal point and custodian, leading your team from the front whilst demonstrating your extensive experience when it comes to setting the standard in hospitality.
* You’ll be an inspirational people leader, with a high level of personal resilience to drive change, evidence of engaging hearts and minds and delivering a compelling vision for a business.
* With the scope of the role, team and property in mind, you will have demonstrable experience as a General Manager within a similar environment. Your role will also include managing multiple stakeholders; therefore, experience working closely with owners or in a 3rd party management model will be crucial to the success of this role.
