Stuart needs you to work along with his team leader as a Senior Support Worker to achieve his mission, which is to leave home and become independent. He needs someone energetic and fun loving and enjoy singing and music, jigsaws and aeroplanes. Stuart loves to swim and it would be great if you enjoy it as well. As a Senior you would, step up whenever it is necessary, but don't worry, as the team leader will prepare you for that moment, having always Stuarts interests at heart.
To have a good understanding of the autism spectrum and some experience would be important and Stuart would love to have you onboard his team.
Essential for this job:
Must hold a full UK driving licence
Good Computer Skills
Ideally you will:
Have some similar interests to Stuart
Be organised and committed
Able to lead and motivate staff
Will work along side Team leader.
Have a good sense of humour
Be reliable and flexible
Be physically fit to help Stuart with his wheelchair when necessary
