The Offshore TRS Field Operator is responsible for hands:on tasks involving equipment, machinery, and systems. This role follows technical manuals, procedures, and work instructions to complete assignments efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Adheres to safety policies, standard procedures, and workplace practices.
Participates in daily safety and operations meetings, reporting issues promptly.
Maintains equipment, facilities, and work areas in a safe condition.
Conducts functional tests, inspections, and equipment monitoring per instructions.
Assembles, disassembles, cleans, tests, and stores tools following maintenance protocols.
Operates, services, and repairs mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic components.
Rigs up and down equipment and ensures compliance with work instructions.
Drives company vehicles, including pickups and trucks, to well sites while maintaining a valid driving record.
Senior roles involve leading teams, troubleshooting, implementing corrective actions, and overseeing workshop operations.
Requirements
Four years of experience in TRS (Tubular Running Services).
Proficiency in basic mathematics, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
Strong reading, writing, and decision:making skills aligned with policies and procedures
