The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, power automation, CI/CD, logic apps, and power platforms. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance our customer service capabilities and streamline our business processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize D365 CE solutions to meet business requirements. Design and implement workflows, plugins, and customizations using Power Automate and Logic Apps. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements. Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of D365 CE solutions. Integrate D365 CE with other systems and applications using the Power Platform. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365 CE applications. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a D365 CE Developer. Strong knowledge of the Customer Service module in D365 CE. Proficiency in Power Automate, Logic Apps, and the Power Platform. Experience with CI/CD tools and practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications in D365 CE or Power Platform. Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools. Knowledge of other D365 modules (e.g., Sales, Marketing)
