Senior Spa Therapist Opportunity at Burnham Beeches Hotel
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join our team at Burnham Beeches Hotel. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa experiences to our guests, managing the spa team, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver luxurious spa treatments using Temple Spa products
* Manage the spa team, including scheduling, timesheets, and general team management
* Monitor key departmental controls, including cost control, forecasting, and workload management
* Sell spa treatments and recommend future treatments to drive profitability
* Ensure effective Health and Safety standards
* Provide manicures, pedicures, facials, and body massages
* Warmly welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service
* Update client records and provide advice on skincare products and techniques
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role
* Hands-on experience with massages, hair removal techniques, and face therapies
* Up-to-date knowledge of cosmetic trends and skincare products
* Excellent customer service abilities
* Minimum of NVQ level 3 qualification
* Previous knowledge and experience with Temple Spa products is desirable
* Ability to manage a small team
