Role Overview
Working primarily within the project delivery function at SRT but liaising closely with a number of departments including finance, this role is to be responsible for all finance matters in relation to the company's overseas projects (SRT's systems business). This position will suit a Qualified Accountant who is pragmatic, has good communication skills and a high attention to detail as well as having experience of working with large-scale international projects.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the PMO Manager and working within the Systems Delivery department, you will be responsible for all project compliance obligations in SRT's systems business, specifically:
* Create and maintain compliance matrix across multiple international projects
* Be the point of escalation of clarifications and confirmation of contract terms and conditions
* Be the Subject Matter Expert on the content of project documentation
* Produce reports on non-compliances and risks
* Monitor and track the process for capturing contract requirements and collating evidence-based compliance statements
* Participation in stakeholder meeting when contract terms and compliance are being discussed
* Identify risks to contract compliance and propose mitigation strategies, where applicable
* Produce reports on non-compliances and risks
* Participation in project status meeting to ensure contract compliance is being adhere to.
* Actively undertake audits to improve the effectiveness of the contract compliance process
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into business processes and initiatives
