Salary £34,000 - £48,000 dependent on experience.
HYBRID WORKING/FLEXIBLE HOURS
Architectural Technologist/Architect required to join a well-established, RIBA & CIAT accredited, friendly, family owned SME Architectural Practice located on the outskirts of Dewsbury with close ties to the M1 & M62 motorways.
Our clients span numerous sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Retail, Education and Sports.
We currently have the following schemes on the drawing board which are located across the UK:-
· Working in partnership with Premiership & Championship Football Teams.
· Leading a specialist team to grow and expand the Haribo portfolio.
· Residential sector projects include bespoke executive houses, repurposing and extending large dwellings,
apartment design, master planning residential layouts (small to large).
· Working with various schools on Education projects.
· Assisting numerous Commercial & Industrial businesses with their growth strategies via proposed new build
facilities, refurbishment, and/or extensions to their existing premises.
An experienced Architectural Technologist or Architect with a minimum 5 years plus of UK based Architectural Practice experience would be the ideal level of experience. An Architectural Technologist or Architect who is keen to be hands on working with their clients in a job running and client facing capacity, and ideally someone who is keen to assist in running a SME and be involved in playing a leading role in its future.
Key Aspects of this Architectural Technologist or Architect Position is as follows:
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience within a UK based Architectural Practice.
AutoCAD and REVIT (or equivalent modelling software) experience essential.
Experience of working in the aforementioned sectors.
Work as part of a strong team and mentoring junior members of staff.
Good knowledge of the Building Regulations and technical knowledge for the preparation of drawings at RIBA Stages 3 - 6
Ability to use Microsoft Teams and Zoom for collaborating with the team and meeting with clients.
A person of good character, a team player and committed to excellent standards.
Keen to play a hands-on role in the development of the business.
Meticulous approach to construction detailing and a good knowledge of how buildings are constructed.
Be willing to be involved with the company’s ISO accreditations (9001, 14001, 27001)
Ideally have a clean driving licence.

Salary depending on experience circa:
£34,000 - £48,000 + generous benefits + flexible hours + hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office)
