We are looking for dedicated HCPC Registered Psychologists to join a committed team in Norwich, delivering high-quality psychological assessments, therapies, and interventions. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team to provide impactful mental health services to a diverse client population.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Conducting thorough psychological assessments for clients across a range of presenting issues, utilising evidence-based tools and methodologies.
2. Providing individual and group therapy, drawing on a range of psychological models and tailored to client needs.
3. Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualised treatment plans, collaborating with clients to ensure effective outcomes.
4. Working closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, to provide holistic care.
5. Participating in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to client-centred treatment planning.
6. Engaging and building rapport with clients, delivering care with empathy, respect, and professionalism.
7. Providing guidance and support to families and caregivers where appropriate, ensuring they are informed and involved in the therapeutic process.
8. Maintaining accurate, timely, and detailed clinical records in compliance with HCPC and organisational guidelines.
9. Preparing reports, case summaries, and other documentation to support client care, discharge planning, and transitions.
Requirements:
1. Must be a registered Psychologist.
2. HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
3. Experience working in a clinical setting with a range of psychological disorders.
4. Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based psychological therapies.
5. Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and families effectively.
7. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage caseloads and maintain documentation.
