The Opportunity
Join our Financial Services Employment Tax team and work on exciting, high-impact projects with major clients. You’ll team up with experts in reward, mobility, and workforce transformation to solve real business challenges. This is more than just tax—it's about shaping how people work globally.
We're looking for a Senior Consultant who’s ready to think differently, build strong client relationships, and grow with us. The role is based in London, with hybrid working options to support your lifestyle.
What You’ll Do
1. Deliver hands-on employment tax advice and compliance services
2. Support global mobility, cross-border remote work, and business travel programmes
3. Help build modern reward and payroll strategies
4. Advise on UK employment tax matters (PAYE, benefits, expenses, off-payroll working, and more)
5. Drive innovation, efficiency, and great client experiences
6. Collaborate across teams in the UK and globally
7. Coach junior team members and help shape a positive, inclusive culture
Who You Are
You’re ambitious, curious, and ready to make a difference. You thrive in a team, enjoy problem-solving, and want to develop your skills in a global environment. Here’s what we’re looking for:
1. Experience in employment tax or a related field
2. A proactive, curious, and solution-focused mindset
3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
4. A team-first attitude and a willingness to learn
5. Qualifications like ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA or similar (or working toward them)
6. Experience in a professional services environment
7. A passion for using data and tech to solve problems
8. An interest in mobility, reward, or the future of work
