Distribution & Client Service (London) Team Overview The experienced Distribution team at Polen is geographically disbursed around the world to be close and accessible to our clients. The global centralized Client Service team manages the day-to-day client activity and ongoing maintenance of the client accounts. The teams work closely together to lead our client relationships, including the development and execution of strategic initiatives for various clients. Effective collaboration between these teams is essential to ensure an excellent client experience. The core responsibility of this position is to support the team in their strategic initiatives, with the goal of expanding and retaining the client base while providing a best-in-class sales & service experience. As a Distribution and Client Service Intern, you will…. Sit with the members of the International Distribution and Client Service team. Support the team in their strategic initiatives with the goal of retaining the current client base and supporting new client prospecting through a best-in-class service experience to achieve firm wide initiatives. Develop and maintain knowledge of market dynamics and Firm investment strategies and offerings and share with the team and firm. The summer intern will gain hands-on exposure to our asset management business.
