Our Associate Psychologists work with individuals, families, and staff to develop shared formulations of complex issues, identifying how these impact across their functioning and mental and physical health.
Under the supervision of qualified Practitioner Psychologists, they will:
1. Provide psychological assessments, formulations, interventions, research, and evaluation services to individuals and/or groups of service users.
2. Contribute to the training and development of the wider MDT regarding formulations and key psychological interventions.
3. Support social and psychological interventions, and other potential options which may improve health outcomes and help clients to achieve agreed goals.
4. Assist in clinically related administration, conduct of audits, collection of statistics, and development of audit and/or research projects, teaching, and project work.
