Greenbuild Management Services Ltd are seeking a motivated individual to support the company on a variety of contracts. The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience along with a willingness to continue to develop.
The post will be based in Port Talbot with some home working by arrangement and UK wide travel.
The core role will be delivering CDM and H&S advisory services to our clients across a range of projects with varying scope and complexities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out the duties of Principal Designer Advisor.
2. Providing CDM advice and support to Clients.
3. Being a key point of contact for our Clients.
4. Providing relevant CDM documentation.
5. Attending design team meetings, workshops, reviewing designs and design strategies.
6. Carrying out site health & safety inspections and issuing reports.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Previous experience of acting as a Health & Safety Advisor in a construction environment with a thorough understanding of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.
2. An existing Health & Safety qualification such as a NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH Construction or equivalent.
3. Ambitious and enthusiastic and able to work independently.
4. IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft packages.
5. Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
6. Excellent report writing and communication skills.
7. A proactive and balanced approach to H&S management.
8. UK driving licence is essential together with the use of own vehicle for business travel with paid expenses.
