Reward Coordinator Up to £30,000 37.5 hours Hybrid - 2 days in Toddington As a Reward Coordinator within our People Team at Moto, you will be a part of a dedicated, fast-moving, supportive team, assisting our network of MSAs (Motorway Service Areas) and Central Support teams on our mission to transform the UK’s rest stop experience. The People team are here to create our winning culture at Moto, and a huge part is this is working with the Site Management Teams to ensure our colleagues are supported and having the best experience possible. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Reward Coordinator to join our People Team and play a key part in supporting the delivery of our reward and benefit offerings as well as supporting the wider People team with administration and projects. What can I expect in return Up to 15% annual bonus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Life Assurance, enhanced maternity and paternity pay Up to 60% discount for you, your partner as well as your family and friends Fabulous training and development opportunities including funding qualifications Key Responsibilities Support the successful delivery of key reward activities throughout our annual benefit and reward cycles Coordinate the administration of our reward and benefit offerings Maintain accurate records for reward and benefits as required for the purposes of tax related reporting Coordinate and manage our central Reward inbox Support with benchmarking roles and salaries Coordinate key activity on our Reward and Recognition platform ‘My Perks’ Own the Reward and Benefit pages on our My Perks platform, ensuring information is kept up to date and engaging whilst identifying opportunities to improve where relevant Work closely with the Reward Manager and third party suppliers to ensure reward and benefit offerings are running efficiently Run reports and collate management information and reviewing processes to ensure we are working efficiently Provide PA administrative support to People Director including email and diary management and support with reception and post as required Support the Reward Manager and wider People Team with ad hoc work or projects as and when required. What we are looking for Experience working in a HR/Reward role You will have a proven track record of building and maintaining great relationships with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge using HR systems with excel and be confident in updating and extracting data through creating and running reports Confident working with large amounts of data, manipulating, analysing and pulling into presentations for the team. You’ll be highly organised, have great attention to detail and be able to manage your time Proactive, personable, and confident with excellent written and verbal communication skills Discreet and inspires trust & confidence amongst colleagues.
