Our History:
ØFKA started in 1987 when the 3 owners Ferber, Kaufman and Adelman came together to form FKA Distributing Co., LLC.
ØFKA Distributing Co., LLC is a limited liability company, not technically a holding company, but acts like one.
ØHoMedics brought Salter Housewares in the UK in 2004. HoMedics changed its name to FKA Brands Limited in 2018.
ØThe domestic and foreign companies owned by FKA Distributing Co., LLC develop, market, sell and distribute our health and wellness (H&W) and consumer electronic (CE) products. Those companies include HoMedics, House of Marley, and ObusForme that operate mainly out of the USA, Canada, Australia and Europe, Middle East & Asia (EMEA), but sell all across the world.
ØFor the EMEA regions we sell HoMedics, Consumer Electronics and Haircare.
ØFKA also has support operations in China and Taiwan.

We are looking for a positive, energetic and driven individual to join our marketing team and to oversee the House of Marley Brand and the Health & Wellness (Homedics) brand.

Job Purpose: To drive visibility and web traffic to House of Marley and Homedics websites to drive E-commerce sales and support brand awareness through paid digital advertising and social.
The key tasks and responsibilities are:
1. Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, display ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC along with social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Supporting the Marketing and E-Commerce calendar(s).
2. Manage external paid media agencies to agreed KPI’s to deliver the E-Commerce plan.
3. Setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI).
4. Analysing the long-term needs of the company’s digital & social media strategy and offering quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan.
5. Assisting Brand leads and Digital Platform Trading & Operations Manager to deliver the trading and communications plan.
6. Creating captivating content for social media and digital sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content.
7. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
8. Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to a brand and support CRM growth.
9. Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts.
10. Liaising with other departments and creatives to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy.
11. Building and maintaining a brand’s presence across multiple social media & digital channels.
12. Collaborating with sales teams to improve marketing results.
13. Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate, and ad spend return on investment.
14. Coordinating with teams to identify innovative growth strategies.
15. Preparing monthly reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
As a candidate you are likely to have:
* Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
* A minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing.
* Advanced experience with web analytic tools such as Google Ads and Google Campaign Manager.
* Experience of managing agencies, paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Experience of managing brand social media platforms.
* Knowledge of the latest media trends.
* Basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget.
