THE ROLE As a Paid Social Executive, you will report directly to the Acquisition Manager, collaborating closely to execute and optimise high impact paid social campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in driving success across a variety of paid social campaigns on platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and others. Your expertise will be critical to achieving strong, measurable outcomes, and you’ll have the opportunity to continually refine your skills across key social channels. THE RESPONSIBILITIES Execute and manage paid social campaigns from end to end across multiple platforms, ensuring they align with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and target audiences. This includes setting up campaigns in ad platforms, choosing appropriate targeting options, managing bids, and creating engaging ad content alongside creative teams. Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Use A/B asset testing and audience segmentation to identify opportunities for optimisation, scale high-performing campaigns, and troubleshoot underperforming areas. Develop weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, highlighting insights, key trends, and recommendations. Utilise platforms like Google Analytics, Excel, and other analytics tools to provide actionable insights, enabling data-informed decisions to drive campaign efficiency and maximise ROI. Stay on top of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry benchmarks. Regularly report back on trends and their potential impact on campaign strategy, contributing insights for strategic planning. Work closely with account managers, strategists, and the creative team to design high-performing campaigns that meet strategic objectives. Participate in regular strategy sessions to align on campaign goals, provide updates, and discuss opportunities for growth. Continuously expand your knowledge of social platforms, tools, and paid social best practices. Be proactive in seeking out new certifications, attending industry events, and identifying growth opportunities. THE PERSON 1 years in a paid social role, with hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple social platforms. Some experience working on performance-driven and ecommerce campaigns. Understanding the different campaigns types in order to achieve different objectives, with a focus on achieving measurable results and optimisation toward KPIs such as CPA and ROAS. Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting, using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and ad platform analytics to drive decision-making. Competence in paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.) with a strong understanding of tracking, reporting, and attribution tools. A motivated, goal-oriented approach with a proactive attitude toward meeting and exceeding campaign performance metrics in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
