We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee and develop the procurement and stock management processes at Estelle Manor. In this role, you will drive cost-effective purchasing, optimize storage and distribution, and support operational teams while ensuring quality and profitability. Who we are looking for: · Proven experience in procurement, stock management, or supply chain management, ideally in the hospitality sector. · Experience with ProcureWizard or a similar software. · Confidence to partner, influence and challenge internal stakeholders. · Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. · Expertise in inventory systems, stock rotation, and compliance with safety standards. · Analytical skills with the ability to interpret P&L reports and identify cost-saving opportunities. · Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Other key responsibilities would include: · Manage procurement and stock processes, including ordering, receiving, storage, issuing, and traceability of all products. · Negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality products at competitive prices, maximizing profitability. · Conduct supplier reviews, assess suitability, and streamline supplier usage to align with operational goals. · Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards, including risk assessments and stock rotation. · Maintain par stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking and optimize inventory efficiency. · Collaborate with team leaders to meet supply and demand needs effectively and cost-efficiently. · Generate and distribute monthly P&L-aligned reports, analysing stock trends and operational costs. · Conduct monthly stocktakes and provide detailed reports. · Investigate stock discrepancies, addressing losses or excesses, and implementing preventative measures.
