Industry experience is desired but not essential as the candidate’s skill set, ambition, and ability to learn a new industry is a priority.
The role is ideal for those from a credit control, finance assistant, or purchase ledger background.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Analyst at Box Power CIC located in Bolton.
The role involves managing accounts, analysing billing information, and ensuring accurate billing processes.
As a partnership with the client’s finance team, you will be working closely with clients to address any billing queries and provide impeccable customer service.
Qualifications:
GCSE's of at least a C grade or equivalent in both Mathematics and English.
Experience:
* Account management and billing analysis skills
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar
* Experience in the energy industry is desired but not essential
