Our client, a prestigious organisation in Central Cambridge, are looking for an experienced PA/Office Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main duties include:
* Providing effective PA support to senior leaders
* Extensive diary management, producing correspondence
* Attending meetings and taking minutes
* Line management of reception team
* Any ad-hoc administrative support
The successful candidate:
* Experience within a PA/Office Manager role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Flexible work ethic, willing to support in a variety of tasks
* Previous experience with Microsoft Packages is essential
* A calm and professional persona, operating with integrity at all times
