We have the pleasure of supporting a returning client, a highly regarded US headquartered VC who set up their first office in London in the last few years, because they are growing their team and a new role has been created - to become their PA/Team Assistant with general Office Management responsibilities.

A varied, immersive role where you will support the small, but growing team in London, including:
1. PA support (diary management, scheduling national and international travel and accommodation, meeting coordination and preparing agendas, document production)
2. Basic day to day Office Management needs (liaising with facilities/building management, vendor relationship management, internal and external communications, supplies)
3. Events organisation (investor events, team events/off-sites)
4. Hospitality needs (hosting on-site events, meeting guests, organising refreshments)
5. Finance admin (expenses, invoices, budget management support)
You will have around 3-5 years experience (not essential, if you have a couple of years but are hungry to grow and be valued in your next role please still apply), in a role where you have helped to run an office, have PA skills/experience, ideally from a VC/Investment or start-up or similar business where you are well versed in fast-paced, varied environments. You will thrive on variety, have a natural energy for support, want to get stuck in and help wherever you can, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be looking for a long-term opportunity.
