You will: be supporting residents and service users in care homes and at home. be assisting with personal care, nutrition and fluids, medication, companionship etc You may be asked: to support with medication, assist with meals and daily needs of the service users. · Help with domestic duties as required. · You will need to: Complete daily notes, either via in house record systems, mobile phone app, or paper- based notes. Interact with the residents and service users to engage in stimulating conversation. Be confident to offer practical and emotional support to residents, services and families.
