As an Administrator in a Multi-disciplinary team, you will work with other administrators and health and social care professionals. You will develop the ethos of multi-disciplinary, integrated care and seamless services ensuring that patient care is delivered to the highest possible standard.
As an Administrator working under the general direction of the Senior Hub Coordinator, you will undertake a range of administrative duties. You will develop and maintain administrative systems and records to enable the team to deliver effective community services and to ensure that the office environment is safe, appropriately maintained, and equipped.
You will be required to participate in a rota to provide cover between 08:00 and 19:00 Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 at Weekends and Bank Holidays.
Main duties of the job
Applicants must be able to multi-task and work as part of a team and on their own. They must be professional at all times, stay calm in stressful situations, and be able to resolve any problems. There are times when they may work alone and will need to make decisions themselves, taking appropriate action.
You will be supported by a Senior Administrator and be expected to:

* Work weekends/Bank Holidays on a rota basis
