Supply Teacher Key Responsibilities:
* Cover teaching assignments across various year groups and subjects in primary schools within the Tandridge Borough.
* Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher, following the school's curriculum and policies.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and establish rapport with students to facilitate effective learning.
* Maintain a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and well-being.
Supply Teacher Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in primary schools.
* Flexibility and availability to work on short notice, as per the demands of the role.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different classes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff quickly.
