About the Role:
Our client is seeking qualified candidates to join a professional team as a Conveyancing Assistant. You’ll provide vital support in managing administrative tasks, assisting clients, and helping with legal processes. Key responsibilities include:
* Handling emails, calls, and client communications.
* Completing ID and compliance checks.
* Drafting documents, reports, and correspondence.
* Conducting Land Registry searches and managing external portals.
* Supporting contract exchanges, transaction completions, and post-completion tasks.
