Our client, a leading B Corporation employer, is looking for a Technical Customer Advisor to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a small friendly team who encourage in-house development and career progression.
You will be adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a background working in a corporate environment dealing with customers over the phone and via email.
Salary: £23,400
Hours: Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days at home. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Process customer orders using mapping tools and other relevant systems.
3. Monitor and manage internal systems to ensure smooth operations related to the role.
4. Provide support to other teams, such as sales and consultancy.
5. Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
You will:
1. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Have an interest in IT/data.
4. Use Google packages confidently (i.e., Sheets, Slides, Docs, Gmail).
