Caprice Holdings is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Creative Lead to drive the creative vision and execution for our portfolio of luxury hospitality brands. This role requires a highly creative, strategic, and execution-focused leader with a video-first and social-first mindset, capable of bringing fresh, engaging, and impactful ideas to life across multiple platforms.
As Creative Lead, you will be responsible for concepting, producing, and overseeing high-quality content, with a strong emphasis on video, social media, and innovative storytelling. You will play a key role in shaping our brand identities, ensuring they remain compelling, visually striking, and relevant in an evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Vision & Execution
1. Lead the development and execution of engaging, multi-platform creative campaigns with a focus on video and social-first content.
2. Be hands-on in content creation, from ideation and storytelling to directing and producing assets for digital, social, and physical brand activations.
3. Concept and execute brand storytelling through video, motion graphics, photography, and digital media, ensuring a seamless and high-impact experience across platforms.
4. Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, pushing creative boundaries to captivate audiences and elevate our brand identity.
5. Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept to production, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
6. Work closely with videographers, editors, designers, and content creators to bring campaigns to life.
7. Stay ahead of emerging trends, platforms, and technologies, leveraging tools like CGI, AI, and new media formats to enhance creative storytelling.
Brand Identity & Consistency
1. Act as a brand guardian, ensuring that all creative output aligns with the overarching brand vision, aesthetics, and messaging.
2. Develop and maintain creative guidelines that ensure consistency across all digital and physical brand touchpoints.
3. Be a creative leader and hands-on collaborator, inspiring both internal teams and external partners to push creative boundaries.
4. Partner with key stakeholders across marketing, PR, operations and external agencies to develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
5. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior creatives, ensuring a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Skills & Experience
Creative & Technical Expertise
1. Proven experience in video-first creative leadership, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful video, social, and digital-first campaigns.
2. Hands-on ability in video production, direction, and storytelling – experience with short-form and long-form video for social and digital platforms is essential.
3. Strong understanding of social media content trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for video, motion, and interactive storytelling.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other industry-standard creative tools.
Strategic & Leadership Abilities
1. Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives, ensuring creative work drives brand engagement and business impact.
2. Experience managing creative teams, freelancers, and external agencies to execute high-quality campaigns.
3. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to sell ideas and concepts to senior stakeholders.
Industry Experience
1. Previous experience in hospitality, luxury brands, creative agencies, fashion, social media, or entertainment is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
1. 2-3 years of experience in a senior creative role (e.g., Creative Lead, Art Director, Senior Content Creator).
2. Strong background in video production, motion design, and content strategy for social media and digital platforms.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
