We are looking for an Account Manager on a fixed term basis of 3 months to manage our Rabanne, JPG and Carolina Herrera counter in John Lewis Liverpool.
The working schedule is based on 5 days a week, (37.5 hours), Monday - Sunday inclusive. A Puig Retail Brand Account Manager achieves sales targets whilst promoting Puig brands by delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. You will develop and increase the brand awareness and build customer loyalty, whilst maintaining the standards and expectations of the store group retailer you will be based.
What you’ll get to do:
As the Account Manager, you will be accountable for achieving retail targets, whilst promoting Puig brands, which include Paco Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier and Carolina Herrera, delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations. You will increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty while maintaining the Puig retail excellence standards and those of the store group retailer.
We'd love to meet you if you have:
1. Previous experience in an Account Manager/Business Manager/Key Holder, or Assistant Store Manager role
2. Previous experience within the fragrance, beauty, fashion or luxury industry
3. A positive mindset to allow for short notice changes of working schedules and flexibility to quickly adapt to a new working schedule
4. The ability to quickly adapt to working with different promotions, product launches, or activities unique to that store
5. The flexibility to adapt to working with the store team and independently; you must be self-sufficient and motivated to work alone and be able to prioritize your workload
