Account Manager (Technical) - Full Time - Edinburgh
Client: Scottish National Transfusion Service
This role will be a thoroughly enjoyable and varied role with every day being different. Some of the tasks will involve: overseeing the delivery of Hard Services on the different healthcare sites Furthermore, dual responsibilities working closely with Cumberland Infirmary Carlisle as well as the primary function of Account Management at SNBTS. Some authorised Person Duties. Managing Engineers/trades people. Managing Facilities Managers and leading on projects. In addition to this, monitoring contract performance and holding responsibility for budgets and financial performance. Building and maintaining positive relationships.
What are looking for:
1. The ideal candidate will have experience on a similar level, within the Healthcare Sector.
2. Engineering Background with an understanding of SHTM,s and relevant NHS guidance
3. Strong both commercially and strategically.
4. Confident both internal and external (client) facing, with a natural ability to develop a strong rapport
5. An excellent communicator, with strong and dynamic leadership and passion to drive long-term cultural change and to win hearts and minds
6. Strategic operational management experience and proven track record in service and FM contracts
7. Commitment to the highest standards Quality and Environmental Health and Safety
8. Service excellence and continuous improvement drive
